The Campaign app allows you to effectively handle the entire collaboration process with influencers, from sending applications and campaign briefs to managing drafts, publishing content, and sending payments.
This article will guide you through creating a campaign.

Step 1: Create a new Campaign
To create a new campaign, click on "+ New Campaign" on the Home Page.
A campaign configuring page will appear. Start setting up your campaign by selecting a Campaign type.
Click on "Configure my campaign" to proceed to the next step.
Note: After you created your campaign you won't be able to change the Campaign type.
Step 2: Configure basic information
Define your Campaign name. Keep in mind this name will be visible for your influencers.
Select your Campaign owner. The campaign owner will be the one receiving all the notifications.
Add your Campaign logo (Optional)
Set up Sales & activity tracking (Optional - Can be edited after creation)
If you need to track influencer's sales performance:
Toggle on Track orders & sales performance and check How to Create Tracking Plan and Run Affiliate Campaign?
If you need to track the number of clicks your influencer generated:
Toggle on Track clicks & views and check How to Track Clicks Generated by Influencers?
Set up Content tracking (Optional - Can edit after creation)
Indicate if you'll ask for your creator to share their Instagram stories content and performances with you.
Add your Campaign Keywords, Hashtags & Mentions (optional)
Step 3: Set up your Campaign compensation
(Skippable - Can be edited later)
If you are offering product gifts to your creators, check How to set up product compensation on the application form?

Step 4: Create your application form
(Skippable - Can simply toggle off the option to skip this step and edit later).
The application form is the core element of your campaign — it allows influencers to:
Apply to your campaign.
Select their product gift(s).
Accept financial offers (if applicable).
Sign a contract (if applicable).
Review campaign details.

Step 5: Define basic email settings
Choose the email address from which campaign emails will be sent.
Add an email signature to personalize messages.
Note: Once you start inviting influencers, you cannot change the sender email.
Step 6: Edit Publication instructions
(Skippable - Can be edited later)
The Publication Instructions page outlines content requirements such as:
Required hashtags and mentions.
Tracking links.
Aesthetic guidelines.
These instructions are included in the publishing email sent to influencers and can be updated anytime in campaign settings.
Step 7: Create your Campaign
Click "Create Campaign" — congratulations, your campaign is live! 🎉
You’ll be redirected to the Campaign table view, where you can manage influencer interactions, track progress, and optimize performance.
