Why setting an offer matters
When you reach out to influencers, your initial email includes a magic link that takes them to their personalized application form. For Paid Promotion and Paid Promotion with Gifting campaigns, this page lets them:
View your campaign brief
See your compensation offer
Accept, decline, or (if directly invited) submit a counteroffer
Clearly outlining your offer helps set expectations and boosts your chances of getting quality applicants.
1. How to set an offer
You can define compensation at two points during the campaign process:
Option 1: During campaign creation
Go to Step 3 – Compensation > Payment Settings and enter your default flat payment offer.
Note: If you're using Marketplace to recruit influencers and leave this section blank, the compensation box won’t appear at all on the influencer’s application page. They won’t know an offer exists, which can lead to fewer applications.
Option 2: After the campaign is created
You can update or customize offers at any time — individually or in bulk:
To set an offer for one influencer:
Go to your campaign’s table view.
Click the influencer’s profile.
In the side panel, find the "Your offer" box.
Enter your flat payment and/or commission offer.
Click Save and refresh the page to confirm the update.
To set offers at scale:
Select multiple influencers or select all influencers.
Click on the "Set offer" dropdown button.
Choose Flat payment.
Fill in the offer details.
Enter your offer details and click Set your offer.
2. What influencers see
Your offer appears directly on the influencer’s application form. Depending on how they were invited, they’ll be able to:
Accept your offer
Decline the collaboration
Counter your offer (only available for creators invited directly — Marketplace applicants won’t see this option)
Important: If you don’t set a flat payment — or set it to $0 — the offer section won’t appear at all. Influencers won’t know any compensation is being offered, which could reduce interest.
