The "Application form" step is designed for inviting influencers to join your campaign. This step allows you to generate an initial invitation email and set up as many follow-up emails as needed to encourage influencer participation.
Once your campaign is ready for Kick-off, hitting on on the campaign dashboard will start sending out the invitation emails and schedule the follow-ups you've configured. For more on follow-ups, see How to set up automated follow-up emails with Email flows.
I. The Application Form in the Invitation Email
The "Application form" step includes its own initial email and multiple follow-up emails. The main goal of this step is to direct influencers to their personalized Application form for your campaign.
On this page, influencers can:
View and select compensation products (if applicable)
Provide their shipping address (if applicable)
Accept or counter the financial offer (if applicable)
Review the campaign brief
Accept or decline the collaboration
II. How it's sent to influencers:
Each invitation email contains the {{application_link}}
merge field, which generates a unique link for each influencer. In the default template, this link is hyperlinked to the word "HERE," directing influencers to their personalized Application form.
Note: The merge field {{application_link}}
only works within a campaign and is automatically generated for each influencer.
To edit and customize your invitation email with {{application_link}}
, refer to: What are Campaign-specific merge fields and how do I use them?
Important Tips for Using {{application_link}}
Keep the "HERE" Hyperlink: It’s recommended to keep the hyperlink on "HERE" for the
{{application_link}}
, as it helps track whether a follow-up email should be sent to the influencer.
III. Checking the Magic Link Before Sending
Before sending your invitation emails, make sure the magic link is formatted correctly:
Click on the word HERE where you've inserted the hyperlink.
Ensure the link contains only the
{{application_link}}
without any extra text, formatting errors, or spaces.
Note: Avoid directly copy-pasting the "HERE", as this can introduce errors.
