Merge fields are a powerful feature in email marketing that allows you to personalize your messages and make them more engaging and relevant to your recipients. In this article we will guide you through the process of adding a merge field to a text within your mailings.

To incorporate a merge field into text within an email template, commence by navigating to your workflow campaign. Subsequently, click on the Email Flows tab and select the "View and Edit" option.

Upon entering the template editor, highlight the specific text where you aim to insert the merge field. Following this, select the "Insert Link" option. A new window will appear, presenting both the linked text and the link URL. At this point, you have the choice to either directly input the desired merge field into the link URL section or copy and paste it. Finally, click "Save" to confirm the alterations.

Within the "Insert Field" section, you can opt for various merge fields and seamlessly integrate them into your text. These merge fields can be pasted to any text component within your email templates or newly crafted emails, affording you ample opportunities to extensively personalize your content.
