Troubleshooting: The application link in your email

Ensuring Correct Application Links in Invitation Emails

Updated over a week ago

Before sending out your invitation email, always double-check if the hyperlink to the application form is correctly set up. This article will guide you through troubleshooting the application link.

Step 1️⃣: Ensure Influencer is Added to the Campaign

First, verify that the influencer has been added to the correct Campaign to generate their application form.

Go to your campaign and search for the creator by their media name to confirm.(More details)

Step 2️⃣: Check the hyperlink

  1. Click on the word "HERE" where you've added a hyperlink to the creators' application form.

  2. Make sure the link only contains {{application_link}} without any extra text or formatting errors (such as the part in red after copy-pasting).

Step 3️⃣: Fixing the error

  1. Remove the incorrect red part if present, so only {{application_link}} remains.

  2. Put yourself on Preview mode and click the new "Here" link to ensure it functions correctly.

Step 4️⃣: Resend the Application Link if Needed

If the email with an incorrect hyperlink has already been sent, influencers who haven't received it won't be affected. However, for those who did receive it, you will need to resend the link.

✉️ Two Ways to Resend the Application Link

1️⃣ At Scale:

  1. Filter influencers with the status “Awaiting application.”

  2. Select all results, then hit the Email button.

  3. Send them a new email with the correct {{application_link}}.

2️⃣ Individual (1v1):

  1. Find the influencer’s dedicated application link on their side panel.

  2. Switch to the Email tab and send the correct link as a reply.
