Follow this guide to claim your payment and track your transaction status.
How to claim your payment
Click the payment link sent to you by the brand.
Log in to your Upfluence Creator Space.

Maker sure that your billing details and payment method are all set up
Billing details & payment method: Update your billing info
Upfluence Pay account: Create your Upfluence pay account
Go to the Payments tab and locate your pending payment, click "Claim" OR reopen the payment link (from brand) while logged into your account.
Provide any required tax documents or invoices (if applicable).
Double-check your payment method and provided details. Click "Submit Payment Information" to finalize.
🚨 If you see a pop-up error:
Possibility 1: You haven’t created an Upfluence Pay account. Follow this guide.
Possibility 2: Your Upfluence Pay account is still pending. Check this under Settings > Billing > Manage Upfluence Pay.
After submission, you’ll see a confirmation page with a contact email for payment-related inquiries.
How to track your payments
Go to the Payments tab to view your payment history and check your status:
Pending:
Payment is being processed by the brand. Click View for processing times and contact information.
Paid:
If paid via Upfluence Pay, the brand has fully completed payment.

If marked as paid via PayPal or wire transfer, the brand manually updated the status. Contact the brand if you haven’t received the funds.
Unclaimed:
You need to claim the payment.
Payment troubleshooting
I can't find my payment request on the Payment tab, what should I do?
Try accessing the payment request using the payment link sent via email.
Clicking the link should redirect you to your payment request in your Creator Space.
🚨 Still can’t open the link?
Open support live chat and select "I need help with my payment."
Follow the instructions and provide the requested details for further assistance.
I have claimed my payment but I still have issues, what should I do?
⏳ Payment processing may take several days. Upfluence does not process payments directly if they are managed by the brand.
To check your payment status:
Go to Creator Space > Payments tab.
Click "View" after claiming your payment.
You’ll see an estimated payment processing time.
If the payment is delayed beyond this period, use the contact email provided on the payment request to reach out to the brand.
The page keeps loading when I log in using the payment link. What should I do?
If you log in and land on a page without the "Skip for now" button, it means you didn't use the payment link sent by the brand.
✅ Solution: Use the original payment link to access your payment request.
When I log in to my account using the payment link, the page keeps loading, what should I do?
Clear your cookies and log in again via the payment link:
Click the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.
Open Cookies settings and remove all cookies.
Refresh the page and try again.
I'm a talent agency. Can I claim a payment on behalf of an influencer?
Yes! If you are an agency:
Create an account using an email of your choice.
Click "Skip for now" when prompted.
