Upfluence Pay is definitely the easiest way to pay influencers among all existing payment methods. Let's find out how to pay influencers with Upfluence Pay.
Before you start
Ensure the following before payments:
Upfluence Pay is configured: Verify your payment setup.
Sufficient funds: Confirm your account has enough funds for the payments.
Required documents: Check that all requested documents (e.g., invoices, tax forms) are submitted by influencers.
Correct payment method: Make sure influencers have selected Upfluence Pay when claiming their payment.
💰 Pay influencers
Option 1: Mass pay creators
From the Payment table, select all the creators you wish to pay.
Click the "$ Pay" button and review the payment details for each creator. Click “Next.”
For users with multiple Upfluence Pay accounts, select the account you'd like to use.
Note: If there are insufficient funds in the selected account, a notification will alert you.
Click “Pay” to finalize the payment.
Important: Payments CANNOT be canceled once processed.
What happens next?
If all payments are successful:
A green notification will confirm the total number of successful payments.
The payment status for all successful transactions will update to “Paid” in the Payment Table.
If any payments fail:
A popup will list the failed payments, including reasons for failure.
A summary of the total paid-out amount for successful transactions will also be displayed.
Option 2: Pay individually
On Payment table, click on an influencer’s row or select “Pay” to open the detailed side panel.
Ensure all payment-specific information is accurate, including:
Influencer’s billing details.
Uploaded invoices and tax documents.
Payment method details.
Payment amount.
Click “Pay with Upfluence Pay” to complete the payment.
The payment status will update to “Paid” in the Payment Table.
Additional notes
You need to ensure that your influencers claim their payment using the Upfluence Pay method to process payments through this option.
Once a payment is made, it CANNOT be canceled.

Frequently asked questions
I want to pay an influencer but another payment method is selected. What should I do?
If another payment method is selected, this means that you have allowed other payment methods in your campaign settings and that the influencer has decided not to be paid with Upfluence Pay. To resolve this:
Update your campaign's payment methods. All payment requests not claimed by influencers will be automatically updated.
To change the payment method of an already claimed payment request, delete the payment request and create a new one.
I don't have enough funds, what should I do?
You can add funds to your account at any time. Find out more: How to set up Upfluence Pay?
My payment failed, and the reason shows "this payment has already been made", what does it mean?
If your payment failed with the reason "this payment has already been made," it means a duplicate payment was attempted. This typically occurs when you and a teammate simultaneously try to pay the same creator.
To fix it, coordinate with your teammates and retry the transaction if no payment was completed.
