You can mass pay your creators quickly and securely with Upfluence Pay. This guide outlines the steps to process multiple payments at once, ensuring smooth transactions.
Before you start
Ensure the following before initiating mass payments:
Upfluence Pay is configured: Verify your payment setup.
Sufficient funds: Confirm your Upfluence Pay account has enough funds.
Required documents: Double-check that creators have submitted necessary documents (e.g., invoices, tax forms).
Correct payment method: Ensure the creators' payment method were set to Upfluence Pay when claiming their payment.
Steps to mass pay creators
From the Payment table, select all the creators you wish to pay.
Click the "$ Pay" button and review the payment details for each creator. Click “Next.”
For users with multiple Upfluence Pay accounts, select the account you'd like to use.
Note: If there are insufficient funds in the selected account, a notification will alert you.
Click “Pay” to finalize the payment.
Important: Payments CANNOT be canceled once processed.
What happens next?
If all payments are successful:
A green notification will confirm the total number of successful payments.
The payment status for all successful transactions will update to “Paid” in the Payment Table.
If any payments fail:
A popup will list the failed payments, including reasons for failure.
A summary of the total paid-out amount for successful transactions will also be displayed.
Additional notes
Once a payment is made, it cannot be canceled.
