When using Upfluence Pay, there are two types of fees to know about:

Part 1: Transfer fees (when topping up your Upfluence Pay account)

Upfluence Pay lets you deposit the money you want into your personal account. Accounts are in USD and managed securely by Stripe.

You can choose among 3 deposit methods:

  1. Payment Card

  2. ACH Direct Debit

  3. Wire Transfer

Part 2: Creator payment fees (when paying your influencers)

Each payment to a creator includes:

  • Onboarding fee: Fixed cost for setting up a new creator on the platform

  • Compliance fee: Covers regulatory checks like KYC and AML

  • Payout fee: Cost of executing the payout

  • Transaction fee: A percentage of the payment amount

  • Stripe's currency conversion fee: 1% when the creator’s Stripe account is set to a currency other than USD.

    • The fee is applied when Stripe converts your USD payment into the creator’s local currency. You decide whether to absorb this fee or pass it to the creator at the time of payment.

All fees are clearly shown in the Payment details before you confirm.

⚠️ Important: Make sure your creator's country is supported by Stripe. Check this list for the latest information.

Are there fees for the influencers?

No, creators are not charged any fees to receive payments via Upfluence Pay.

However, if you're paying them in a currency different from USD, Stripe applies a 1% currency conversion fee during the payout process.

You stay in control: At the time of payment, you decide who covers this fee:

  • You cover it → The full amount goes to the creator; the fee is added to your cost.

  • You pass it on → The fee is deducted from the creator’s payout.

All fees are clearly displayed in the payment summary before you confirm, and are included in the transaction export file (influencer_conversion_fees column). No surprises.
