Adding funds to your account

Deposits are received in your account's currency. If your bank sends funds in a different currency, Stripe will convert the amount to your account currency before crediting your balance. Your bank may charge its own conversion fee for this, which is separate from the deposit fees listed below.

Upfluence Pay currently supports USD and EUR accounts, with GBP coming soon.

Note: If your team requires an invoice to top up your account, simply reach out to our support team via the Live Chat.

Part 2: Creator payment fees (when paying your influencers)

Each payment to a creator includes:

  • Onboarding fee: Fixed cost for setting up a new creator on the platform

  • Compliance fee: Covers regulatory checks like KYC and AML

  • Payout fee: Cost of executing the payout

  • Transaction fee: A percentage of the payment amount

  • Stripe's currency conversion fee: Applies when the creator's Stripe account is set to a different currency than your Upfluence Pay account. The rate is 1% for USD accounts and 2% for EUR accounts.

    • You decide whether to cover this fee or pass it on to the creator at the time of payment.

All fees are clearly shown in the Payment summary before you confirm.

⚠️ Important: Make sure your creator's country is supported by Stripe. Check this list for the latest information.

Are there fees for the influencers?

No, creators are not charged any fees to receive payments via Upfluence Pay.

However, if your Upfluence Pay account currency differs from the creator's Stripe account currency, Stripe applies a conversion fee: 1% for USD accounts and 2% for EUR accounts.

You stay in control: at the time of payment, you decide who covers this fee:

  • You cover it: The full amount goes to the creator; the fee is added to your cost.

  • You pass it on: The fee is deducted from the creator's payout.

All fees are shown in the payment summary before you confirm and are included in the transaction export file (influencer_conversion_fees column). No surprises.
