How to update your bank details and retry your withdrawal

Updated over a week ago

If your bank account can’t receive a payout for any reason, the funds are sent back to your Upfluence Pay account. When this happens, an error message from Stripe can be checked by our tech team with details about why the payout failed (e.g., incorrect bank details or a closed account). It may take up to 5 business days for your bank to return the payout and notify us of the issue.

If you're unsure why your payout failed, our support team can help you check it out! Just reach out via live chat.

Fixing a failed payout

To resolve the issue, update your payment information in your Upfluence Pay account. Once your details are corrected, Stripe will automatically retry the withdrawal.
