👀 Set up your Upfluence Pay account
If you haven't already done so, please start by creating your Upfluence Pay account. It will only take a few seconds.
If you already have an Upfluence Pay account, you can proceed to the next step.
🎛️ Campaign settings
From, workflow settings, compensation page, billing settings section, when creating your workflow campaign or when you are in an existing campaign, ensure that Upfluence Pay is selected.
💶 Create payment requests
Create payment requests for your campaign's creators (Fixed, affiliate or extra).
💰 Pay creators
Go to the payment app and click on the payment request you wish to pay.
Select the Upfluence Pay account of your choice
Confirm payment by clicking on "Pay with Upfluence Pay". Please make sure you have the necessary funds to make the payment.
🎉🎉 The influencer has now been paid and will receive the funds in his Upfluence Pay account very shortly.
Please note that, like other payment methods, you will be able to pay using the Upfluence Pay method if creators have selected this payment option. |

I want to pay an influencer but another payment method is selected. What should I do?
If another payment method is selected, this means that you have allowed other payment methods in your campaign settings and that the influencer has decided not to be paid with Upfluence Pay. To resolve this:
Update your campaign's payment methods. All payment requests not claimed by creators will be automatically updated.
To change the payment method of an already claimed payment request, delete the payment request and create a new one.
I don't have enough funds, what should I do?
