Upfluence’s PayPal integration makes it easy to pay influencers directly from the Payment tool. Before you begin, make sure you’ve completed the following:

Enabled PayPal Payouts in your PayPal settings - Follow these steps to enable PayPal Payouts
Selected PayPal as a payment method in your Campaign Settings > Compensation
How to pay influencers with PayPal
Go to the Payment tool and filter payments with the status "Ready to Pay" (these are influencers who have submitted their payment request).
Click "Pay" to review the payment details.
Click "Pay with PayPal" to process the payment.
In your Payment Dashboard, the payment status will first appear as "Scheduled" while PayPal processes the transaction. Once completed, it will update to "Paid".

Where can I check my PayPal account balance?
Your PayPal balance is displayed in the Payment tool at the top left corner.
Why did my payment via PayPal fail?
If your payment is blocked, you’ll see the reason and how to fix it in the side panel, such as:
Insufficient PayPal account balance
The influencer provided an email that is not linked to a PayPal account

Paypal will sometimes decline transactions due to risk concerns. You can wait a few minutes and retry the payment, if you're still encountering the issue, you can reach out to PayPal support for more information about why the transaction is marked as risky.
Why can’t I use PayPal to pay influencers?
If PayPal is not an option for payments, it could be due to:
Your PayPal account is not integrated with Upfluence or access was not shared with you. Check if your Upfluence account is connected to PayPal.
The influencer requested payment via Wire Transfer instead of PayPal. Ensure PayPal is selected if you only want to pay via PayPal.
Are there fees for international PayPal payouts?
