Updated over a week ago

The workflow tool is your all-in-one influencer campaign tool, it allows you to effectively manage the collaboration process with influencers. From sending them applications and campaign briefs to managing drafts, publishing content, and sending payments.

To create a new campaign, click on "+ New Campaign" on the Home Page.

You can create your campaigns in a few steps depending on your campaign type:

1️⃣ Select a type of campaign

The first thing, you need to do is to select the type of campaign you want to create and click on "Configure my campaign". With the Workflow tool you can create 3 main types of campaigns:

Settings and stages are adapted to the type of campaign you are selecting.

NOTE: After you created your campaign you won't be able to change the owner or the type of compensation.

2️⃣ Set up the basic information about your campaign.

  • First, define your campaign name. Keep in mind this name will be external for influencers.

  • Select your campaign owner. The campaign owner will be the one receiving all the notifications.

  • Set a number of Influencers you want to collaborate with.

  • Add tracking links (optional) Learn how to set up a tracking link. They will be added to the publication instruction automatically.

  • Add discount codes & affiliate links (available for Shopify and WooCommerce users). Learn how to set up a campaign discount offer. They will be added to the publication instruction automatically.

  • Add your Campaign logo (optional)

  • Indicate if you'll ask for your creator to share their Instagram stories content and performances with you.

  • Add your Campaign Keywords, Hashtags & Mentions (optional) They will be added to your publication instruction automatically.

TIPS: If you add a discount offer now, Affiliate links and discount codes will be generated automatically for influencers added to your campaign. You will also be able to see influencers' sales performance directly on your campaign's Performance tab.

3️⃣ Set up your campaign compensation:

  • Payment settings and default payment values

Setup the default values for your flat payment offers (for payment and hybrid campaigns) and affiliate commission (any campaigns). If those are defined, all the newly imported creators to your campaign will have those values defined to their profiles.

Also, define basic settings related to Influencer payments. This information will be displayed on the Influencer payment request page.

  • Product Settings (for product and payment & product campaigns)

Simply, click on the "Add Products" button and you will be able to add the products you want to offer as compensation for this campaign.

You can either add products manually or import them from your store.

Once you have added all your products don't forget to add a Max number of products influencers can select.

NOTE: If you don't add a max number, influencers can select all the products you added.

4️⃣ Define basic settings for the campaign's emails.

  • Select the default email address your campaign emails will be sent from.

  • Add your desired email signature.

NOTE: Once you start inviting influencers to your campaign, you won't be able to change the default email.

5️⃣ Create your application form

The application form is the core element of your campaign. This is the form that is going to be be sent to your creators for them to apply to your campaign, choose their products, accept the financial offer, sign a contract and/or review the campaign brief.

You can find here a dedicated documentation for that important step.

6️⃣ Add Publication Instructions

Publication Instructions is a dedicated web page in which you can describe the various requirements related to publishing the content produced as part of your campaign (hashtags, tracking links, aesthetics, etc.). The publication instructions will be linked in your Publishing email which will be shared with your selected influencers.

You can modify the publication instructions at any time in your campaign's settings.

  • Campaign Brief and Publication Instructions are optional. You can always modify them in your Workflow settings later. If you want, you can simply skip these two steps if you want to do a quicker campaign setup.

Congratulations! You created your campaign. You will then be taken to the Workflow dashboard.
