1. Campaign Progress Summary
Track the key stages of your campaign with this summary, including:
Number of invitation emails sent.
Number of influencers shortlisted.
Number of influencers who received the shipping, drafting, or publishing emails.
Number of influencers eligible for flat payments.
Note: You may not see all of these status in your campaign, it differs depending on what kind of campaign you are running.
2. Search Bar
Easily search for a specific influencer involved in the campaign.
3. Influencer Table
This table gives an overview of the influencers and their status. Key columns to display include:
Profile Name: See all influencers in the campaign
Status: Shows each influencer's status in the campaign. You can skip emails to specific influencers if needed.
Action: Click action buttons to move influencers through key stages by triggering preset email flows.
Your Offer: Displays the flat payment offer you set for the influencer, visible in their application form.
Influencer Price: The price set by influencers if they counter your initial offer through their application form. This happens when the influencer doesn't accept your original offer, initiating the negotiation process (1v1 email).
Product Gifting: View influencers' product selections. If using our E-commerce integration (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce), you can create gifting orders directly. You can also edit selections before finalizing the order.
Shipping Address: Collected via the application form, this is used for product gifting orders. You can also edit the address before creating an order.
Commission: Displays the affiliate commission rate you set for the influencer.
Discount Code: Each influencer's unique discount code for the campaign.
Note: These fields are designed to be used across all three types of campaigns. If certain columns are not relevant to your campaign, you can hide them by going to "Manage Fields" and unticking the unnecessary columns for better organization. For example, if your campaign doesn’t use affiliate links or codes, you can hide those fields.
To display and manage the columns:
Manage Fields Button: Customize the dashboard by selecting which fields to show or hide for better organization.
Filter Icon: Use this to sort or filter columns to display specific groups of influencers based on your needs.
Reset Filters Button: Clears any filters or views you applied, which is helpful when starting a new search within the campaign.
