The "Product shipment/sent" step is designed to notify influencers that the products they selected as campaign compensation have been shipped.

This step should be used after you have scheduled the shipment for the products, either by:

Best practices for this step

1. Add a tracking number

Personalize your notification by including the shipment’s tracking number for each influencer. This not only makes the email feel more personal, but also keeps influencers updated on the status of their shipment.

2. Include discount codes and affiliate links

If you’re running an affiliate campaign or offering product-only compensation, consider adding each influencer’s unique discount code, affiliate link, and any relevant keywords directly in the email.

This makes it easier for influencers to promote your brand. Remember, product-only campaigns are typically more focused on brand awareness rather than securing guaranteed posts, so giving influencers these tools encourages them to talk about your brand more often.
