If you set up a fixed payment as part of your campaign compensation, this is how you send creators their payment request once the collaboration is complete.
📌 Once the request is sent and the creator submits their documents, you'll process the actual payment from the Payment app.
Here's a helpful video on how to do this:
Step 1: Authorize the payment
Before proceeding, double-check the agreed-upon payment amount:
Open the Campaign app and go to the campaign in question.
Locate the influencer and verify that Your offer and Influencer price match.
Click Confirm > Authorize for payment.
If Upfluence Pay is your campaign's payment method, confirm the Upfluence Pay account for this payment request. If a default account is set on the campaign, it will be pre-selected, you can change it here without affecting the campaign default. If you don't have an account yet, click Configure to set one up before continuing.
Click Authorize to confirm. The status updates to Authorized for payment.
Step 2: Send the payment request
Click Send payment request to generate an email.
Review and edit the email if needed.
Click Save and Send to finalize.
The email includes a fixed payment link that lets the creator claim their payment and submit required documents such as an invoice or tax forms.
Best Practice: For first-time creators, include this guide in your email: Creators: How to submit my payment request.
What’s next?
Your creator can now claim their payment and provide the information you requested during campaign setup.
To process the payment, go to the Payment app: How to manage influencer payments with the Payment app.
If a creator is having trouble accessing their payment link, copy the link from their profile in the campaign and share it with our support team via live chat.
