How to track my campaign content publications
Updated over a month ago

You can analyze your campaign posts performance and also view hashtags, keywords, and brand mention from all influencers you collaborated within your campaign.

1. Define your keywords

While setting up your campaign, you have the option to designate specific keywords, hashtags, or mentions that creators will be prompted to include. Once these terms are established, they will be communicated to creators as part of the publication instructions.

NOTE: At any time, you can add/update/delete keywords to track in your content settings. See below. Keywords are essential for tracking content. Without any defined keywords, your content cannot be tracked or monitored.

2. Add the socials you want to track and all your tracking details

Once your campaign is created, the content will automatically start tracking your keywords in your creators' socials. If you want to specify some dedicated socials, you can at any time go to your campaign settings and select all the social you want to track. At this point, you can also define others details of the tracking you want to proceed (time tracking, keywords specifications, etc).

When setting up your stream you can also add the Cost Per Mille and Campaign Expenses, and the software will calculate your campaign Return on Investment based on this input and Upfluence estimates. If you want to collect posts from different social media platforms make sure to select "any " as Social Media

3. Track your campaign posts

If you created your stream before influencers start posting, the stream will keep fetching until a post is published. Posts can take a few hours up to 4 days to be displayed on the stream. If your post is not collected after 4 days, check this article: Common mistakes while setting up social listening streams

Once your influencers start to post on social media, you can see all their posts and performance in your Stream dashboard.
