Upload posts that didn’t appear automatically in your Stream

Updated today

If an influencer didn’t use the required hashtags, mentions, or keywords, their content may not appear in your Stream automatically. To address this, Upfluence offers a post-import system that allows you to manually add missing posts to your Stream.

How to import missing content

  1. Open the Stream where you want to import the post.

  2. Above the collected posts, click "+ Add Post".

  3. Paste the post URL, click the "Add Post" button to confirm.

🎉 Congrats! Your post has been imported.

A confirmation message will appear at the top of your screen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I seeing an error message when trying to import a post?

There are several reasons why a post cannot be imported:

  1. The influencer is not in our database:

    • Use the Upfluence Chrome Plugin to quickly add the influencer’s profile to the database, then try importing the post again.

  2. The post is private:

    • Open the post in an incognito window to check if it is visible without logging into the platform.

    • Private content cannot be collected.

  3. The media/content URL is incorrect:

    • Double-check that you’ve copied and pasted the correct URL of the post you want to import.

  4. Unsupported Media Type:

    • Stream does not support certain media types, such as Twitch recordings.
