How does it work?
Disable your AdBlocker ( if you have one)
Open a social media profile in your Chrome browser
Open the Upfluence Chrome extension to view an influencer's profile performance metrics & statistics in one dashboard
You can also add Influencers to your list directly from the Upfluence Chrome Plugin panel:
Go to the influencer's social media platform.
Click on the Upfluence plugin on the top right of the window.
Click on "Move Influencer" to add the Influencer to a new/existing list.
If the influencer is not in the Upfluence database, you can add them directly by clicking "Add Influencer". We will start to analyze the profile.
Note: Full data processing may take about 7 days depending on the activity of the influencer.
FAQ
When I use the plugin it keeps asking me to log in to the platform?
When using the chrome plugin make sure that your cookies settings are either on "Allow all cookies" or "Block third-party cookies in Incognito".

If an influencer has multiple profiles across different platforms will Upfluence Chrome Plugin associate all accounts to the influencer profile?
When an influencer is added to the database via the Chrome Plugin, our system analyzes the profile to search for relevant information, in order to identify the influencer's other social media.
If the influencer has additional social media links in their account, our software will add the account under the same profile and start analyzing the new account.
It usually takes about 20 minutes to bind the profiles together. However, in certain cases, this can take longer. If after 48 hours the profiles remain unlinked, you can link the influencer's profile to other social media accounts using a .csv. file.
One of the social media of the influencer is wrong, how to update it?
In some cases, our system is flawed and associates a mismatched social media account with an influencer profile. If this happens, please reach out to your Account Manager to let them know about this issue.
TIPS: If you need to correct this mistake quickly because it is necessary for you to access the complete profile, we invite you to do a .csv. import by replacing the wrong social media.
