The Return on Investment (ROI) Calculation Feature lets you measure the effectiveness of your Stream’s performance by comparing your campaign expenses with the estimated media value (EMV) generated. This calculation helps you evaluate the value of your investment and the success of your campaigns.
Formula used : ROI = ((EMV-Total expenses)/Total expenses)*100
Where:
EMV (Estimated Media Value): Aggregated by Upfluence based on campaign results.
Total Expenses: Your total campaign spend.
How to use the ROI calculation feature
Select the Stream for which you want to calculate ROI. Click "Settings" in the top-right corner of your Stream dashboard.
Enter campaign expenses:
Scroll down to the "Campaign Expenses" section.
Enter the total amount invested in your campaign.
Select your desired currency.
Click "Save" to confirm your input.
Once the Campaign Expenses are saved, the system will automatically calculate ROI based on the provided value and Upfluence’s EMV estimates.
Viewing ROI Data
Navigate to your Stream Dashboard to view the calculated ROI.
The ROI metric will appear alongside Engagements and Estimated EMV data, providing you with a comprehensive view of your campaign’s performance.
