Export CSV, PDF, or creator data to create detailed reports

Updated today

The Stream tool allows you to export performance stats and creator lists, making it easy to create detailed reports for granular analysis or high-level overviews. You can export three types of files:

  1. CSV file: Includes post-level performance data for detailed analysis.

  2. PDF report: Summarizes campaign performance for presentations.

  3. Creator list: Exports influencers included in the Stream for external review and management.

1. Download stats in a CSV file

  1. Navigate to the Stream for which you want to download stats.

  2. Click the "Download stats" button at the top of the Stream Dashboard.

  3. The CSV file includes:

    • Date of the post

    • Influencer name

    • URL link to the posts

    • Post performance data

Note: Story links cannot be exported because they expire 24 hours after publication.

2. Download performance in a PDF report

  1. Open the Stream Dashboard for your campaign.

  2. Select the "Print or export as PDF" option.

  3. Your PDF report will include:

    • Period during which the Stream ran

    • Total number of posts

    • Estimated impressions

    • Total estimated reach

    • Total engagement

    • Estimated Media Value (EMV)

    • Return on Investment (ROI) (if campaign expenses were entered in settings)

    • Average engagement by publication time

    • Engaged audience demographics

3. Download a list of influencers who posted

  1. Open the Stream Dashboard for your campaign.

  2. Select the "Export influencers" option.

  3. Choose the type of export:

    • Standard Export: Includes influencer ID, name, and tags.

    • Full Export: Includes social data, audience metrics, contact information, and custom details.

Note: The full export is subject to your Community plan limits. If you need to increase your export limit, refer to How to update my Community size.
