The community size allows you to define the maximum number of influencers you want to work with. In case you reach the maximum allowed by your community size, you have the possibility to modify it to better suit your needs.
Upgrade my community size
To upgrade your community size, you need to go to your account settings and more precisely to the “Billing and usage” section. On this page, you will have a section dedicated to available sizes. Your current size will have a “Current plan” label.
Select the size you want and validate your choice by clicking on the “Update community size” button.
When it is done, a confirmation modal appears. Confirm your choice by checking the box and press "Update". It can take several seconds to confirm the size modification request.
Now you can take advantage of your new size and collaborate with even more influencers!
NOTE: When you decide to upgrade, you are directly billed for the price that correspond to the selected community size. Also, we take into account the price of the previous size. If you have a $50 size, and you decide to switch to the $85 size, we apply the proration.
Downgrade my community size
To downgrade, the process is exactly the same. Select the size you want and validate your choice. However, when you validate the downgrade request, the community size modification is effective instantly and the price will be updated the first day of the next billing period.
NOTE: You cannot downgrade to a bracket that is smaller than your current community size. If you want to downgrade, please make sure that the number of influencers in your community is lower than the size you want.
