Frequently asked questions
Why does Upfluence have community size limits?
Upfluence regularly analyzes and updates influencer metrics for accurate insights. Data processing has associated costs, and community size plans help maintain data quality while keeping pricing flexible.
What does "You've reached your community capacity" mean?
If you see a message saying you’ve reached your community limit, it means you’re close to or have exceeded the number of influencers allowed in your plan.
How can I change my community size?
Your community size defines the maximum number of influencers you can manage. If you reach your limit, you can adjust your plan to accommodate more influencers.
What happens when I reject an influencer?
Before adding them: They will not be added to your community.
After adding them: They will still be part of your community, but you can manually remove them.
Why are there influencers in my community that I haven't added to any lists, emails, campaigns, or streams?
This could have happened for a few reasons:
Email reveal: Revealing an influencer’s email automatically adds them to your community.
Live capture match: Influencers might have been automatically matched and added through Live Capture.
Plugin addition: Influencers added via the Chrome plugin will appear in your community.
How can I determine who added an influencer to our community?
To find out who added an influencer:
Navigate to the Community(IRM) table view within Upfluence.
Go to Manage Fields and enable the “Owner” column, which will show who added the influencer's profile to the database.
