If you’re reading this, you’re likely wondering about Upfluence’s community size and how it’s calculated. Below, we answer the most frequently asked questions to provide full transparency.
What is an influencer community?
Your influencer community is the total number of unique influencer profiles stored in your Community (IRM) app.
What actions add an influencer to your community?
An influencer is automatically added when you:
Add a profile to a list from search
Reveal an influencer’s email, even if you don’t add them to a list
Send an email to a profile
Add a profile to a campaign
Include a profile in a Stream
Capture an influencer via Live Capture or a third-party integration (Shopify, Klaviyo, WooCommerce, Zapier, etc.)
Use the Chrome Extension to add a profile
Upload a file with influencer data
Export an influencer's full data
Influencers can also be added back after deletion if:
They respond to an email
They interact with a Campaign (e.g., apply, upload content, request payment)
Why does Upfluence have community size limits?
Upfluence continuously analyzes and updates influencer metrics to provide accurate insights. This data processing has associated costs, and community size plans allow us to maintain high-quality data while keeping pricing flexible for you.
What does "You've reached your community capacity" mean?
If you see a message saying you’ve reached your community limit, it means you’re close to or have exceeded the number of influencers allowed in your plan.
How can I change my community size?
Your community size defines the maximum number of influencers you can manage. If you reach your limit, you can adjust your plan to accommodate more influencers.
How do I check how many influencers are in my community?
For maximum transparency, you can view your influencer count in multiple locations:
Community table view
Navigation bar throughout Upfluence
Your landing page
Billing & Usage tab in Account Settings
