Upfluence allows you to export influencer data in bulk as CSV/XLSX files or print individual influencer profiles as PDFs, making it easy to share insights with your team or external partners.
Types of exports available
1. CSV/XLSX file export (Bulk export)
Export influencer data at scale as a spreadsheet. You have two options:
Standard export β Includes creator's ID, names, and tags. Useful for re-importing data.
Full export β Includes social data, audience insights, contact details, and custom fields.
2. PDF report (single profile export)
Generate a detailed influencer profile in PDF format, including:
Basic influencer information
Audience data
Last 3 posts per social network (last 6 for Twitter, Pinterest, and blogs)
How to export influencers as csv/xlsx
Go to the Community (IRM) table view.
Apply filters and select multiple influencers to export.
Click on "export".
Choose between standard export or full export.
Select the file format (CSV or XLSX).
Click "export".
Note: Full export has a monthly limit based on your community plan. Unused export limits do not accumulate for future months. If you need additional exports, you can upgrade anytime: π Upgrade Community size
How to print or export an influencer profile as a pdf
Open the influencer profile you want to save.
Click the "Print" button in the top right corner.
A new window will appear β choose either:
Print to send the file to a printer.
Save as pdf to download the file.

Click "Destination" and choose:
Save as PDF to download the file.
Select a printer to print the file.
Safari / Firefox
Click the PDF tab at the bottom left and select "Save as PDF".
To print, choose a printer at the top and click "Print".
Frequently asked questions
Can I export pdf profiles in bulk?
No, PDFs must be exported one by one, but there is no limit on the number of PDFs you can generate.
