Are you faced with a message that informs you that you have almost reached the maximum number of influencers that can be in your community? Let's discover together the different types of messages and the potential solutions.
Community size tracking
To allow you to track the use of your community, we display several alerts. This way, no worries, you'll always know what's going on. Also, you will receive an email to warn you about the same.
We will display this alert for the following stages:
- 75% community capacity
- 90% community capacity
If you see this message, no need to be alarmed, you can continue to increase your community size and add new influencers.
100% community usage
You have reached your entire community, great!
This means that you are growing your creator community, and that is a good thing. Generally, the users who have the most creators in their community are successful.
120% community usage
At Upfluence, we're pretty cool and in case you reach 100% of your community, we allow you to go a little further because we know that a size upgrade sometimes requires the validation of a manager.
However, if you continue to add influencers despite reaching your limit, you may be faced with the following message:
However, for safety, we pause all your Live Capture campaigns, and you can no longer add new creators.
What should you do when you reach this level?
Two solutions:
1. Upgrade your community size to the next bracket. This will allow you to keep your current community and add new influencers.
2. Remove influencers from your community in the Community App.
Monthly addition limit
Along with the community size alerts you will sometimes see a pop-up notification stating that you've reached your monthly addition limit.
This limit is triggered when a you add 5 times the number of influencers you are paying for every month. i.e. If you are paying for 250 influencers, you can add 1250 unique influencers in a given month. Unique means if you add/delete/add the same influencer, it will only be counted as 1 single influencer.
To improve this situation, consider upgrading to the next tier as indicated in the error message. Remember, any added influencers will contribute to this limit for the next 30 days before resetting.
