Community size - Troubleshooting

Understanding alerts, restrictions, and next steps

Updated this week

If you receive a community size limit notification, don’t worry! Upfluence provides alerts to help you track your usage and plan your next steps.

Community size limit

To help you manage your influencer network, Upfluence displays alerts at key usage points. You’ll also receive an email notification as you approach your limit.

Alerts appear at:

  • 75% of your community capacity

  • 90% of your community capacity

  • 120% of your community capacity

75% or 99% community usage

You're almost at full capacity, which is great news—it means your influencer network is growing! You can still add new influencers, but now is a good time to plan your next steps.

120% community usage

At Upfluence, we offer a bit of flexibility beyond 100% capacity, knowing that upgrades may require management approval.

However, once you exceed 120% of your limit:

  • Live Capture matchings will be paused

  • You won’t be able to add new influencers

What should you do next?

You have two options:

  1. Upgrade your community size

  2. Remove influencers from your community

Monthly addition limit

In addition to community size limits, you may see a monthly addition limit notification.

This limit is triggered if you add 5x your paid Community size within a month.

Ex: If your plan includes 5,000 influencers, you can add up to 25,000 unique influencers per month.

  • What does “unique” mean?

    • If you add, delete, and re-add the same influencer, they count once toward your limit.

What can you do?

  • Upgrade your plan to the next tier as indicated in the error message.

  • Wait for the 30-day reset period, after which you can add more influencers.
