How to upgrade or downgrade your community size

Adjust your community size to match your influencer management needs

Updated this week

Your community size defines the maximum number of influencers you can manage in Upfluence. If you reach your limit, you have the option to upgrade or downgrade your plan to better suit your needs.

How to upgrade your community size

To increase your community size and work with more influencers:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Billing & Usage

  2. Find the Community size section β€” your current size will be labeled "Current plan"

  3. Select the new size you want, click Update community size

  4. Click Update to confirm

πŸŽ‰ You can now collaborate with even more influencers!

πŸ“Œ Billing information:

  • When you upgrade, you are billed immediately for the new community size.

  • You are charged only the difference between your current and new plan.

    • Example: If you upgrade from $50 to $85, you’ll receive an invoice for the extra $35.

How to downgrade your community size

To reduce your community size:

  1. Follow the same steps as upgrading β€” go to Billing & Usage and select a smaller plan

  2. Click Update community size and confirm your choice

πŸ“Œ Important notes:

  • Downgrades take effect immediately, but your new price applies at the start of your next billing cycle.

  • You cannot downgrade to a size smaller than your current number of influencers. Before downgrading, make sure your community size is within the new limit.
