The workflow tool is your all-in-one influencer campaign tool. You can manage campaigns by sending to influencers their application and campaign brief, having them submit drafts, having them publish, and finally pay influencers.
After creating and setting up your campaign emails, you can run your campaign and manage it easily from your campaign dashboard.
Not all the steps are mandatory, depending on how you manage the campaign you can adapt, skip or omit steps.
1️⃣ Add your influencers to your campaign:
Once you created your campaign, you need to add influencers to start running it.
You have different options to Discover and identify influencers to create lists using:
Live Capture: identify influencers among your customers and find organic influencers that love your brand. Learn how to identify your most influential customers.
Search tool: go through millions of influencers in our database to find influencers that align with your brand at scale. Learn how to use the search function.
Chrome extension: find influencers from your favorite social media. Learn more about the Upfluence Chrome extension.
2. Add your list of influencers using:
Upload a .csv file: to quickly add influencers with custom merge fields. How to import influencers to Upfluence
Import influencers: select the list of your choice.
2️⃣ Set your offer
Set an offer for one influencer:
Click on the "Your offer" box for that influencer.
It opens the side panel where you can put your offer.
Do not forget to save your offer.
Refresh your page to see your offer.
Add the same offer to several influencers.
Select some influencers or all of them
Click on the "$" button
Fill in your price
Click on "set your offer"
You can also generate a tracking link or set Affiliate commissions for your Influencers.
3️⃣ Move your influencers through your different campaign steps:
Invite your influencers
Click on the Invite button to send your Invitation email.
When you click on "invite" the email editing window will open for you to review and then click on "save and send".
Tips: You can also invite all the influencers in two clicks.
Select all influencers
Click on "invite all"
If some of the influencers were already invited and you clicked on "invite all" only the influencer not invited already will be invited.
When influencers accept or refuse your offer, their status will be updated. For product campaigns, you will also see the product the influencers choose along with their shipping address.
Shortlist and Approve your influencers
Once an influencer has applied, you can Shortlist him/her and then Approve him/her one by one or you can reject influencers by clicking on the "X". If you click on reject, influencers will not be notified if you reject them, just send an email to let them know they didn't make it to the final list.

Create orders from Upfluence
If you created a Product or Product & Payment campaign, you can easily create orders in your shop and send products when influencers select products when applying to your campaign.
Send your shipping email
For product or payment & product campaigns, your second email is the "shipping email", to send it: click on "Product Sent".
When you click on "Product Sent", you will be able to review the email, modify it and save and send it.
Send your draft email
After influencers accepted your offer or received their products, send the draft email so influencers can upload their publication preview to Upfluence.
Click on "Send draft email" to open the email editing window and save and send your email.
When influencers upload a draft, you can see it and add comments by clicking on the purple button. When it is ok, you can accept the draft.
Tips: If you need your client to approve the draft, you need to accept it first. Learn how to share a campaign with your clients.
Note: When you comment or approve a draft, the influencer will be automatically notified of it.
Send the Publication email and Confirm publication:
After you agree on a publication, notify your influencers it is time for them to publish, send them the "publication email". Click on the "Notify influencer" button to review your email and then click on "save and send" to send your Publication Instructions.
Tips: You can check if influencers published using the Monitor tool. Learn more about: How to Monitor your campaign performance.
Check if your influencers publish and Confirm that the publication has been posted correctly and that it respects your conditions.
A pop-up will come up asking if this influencer is ready to be paid.
Request invoice: Pay your influencers for their job
After you clicked on "Confirm" and "Authorize for Payment", you can sed the Payment email, to invite influencers to upload their invoices, payment information, and tax documents.
To send the Payment email to influencers, you need to first confirm that they publish and then click "Request invoice" in the action column. The payment email editing window will open and then you can click on " save and send".
After you clicked on "Request invoice", a receipt email will be sent to the email you input in your campaign settings in the compensation section. And a Payment Request email with the influencer billing information will be as well when influencers submitted their documents.
This Payment email includes a link, {{invoice_link}}, that allows influencers to log in to their account and set up their payment information.
