If you need to send new emails to your creators outside of the programmed campaign email flow, here are two easy methods:
1️⃣ Individual emails
This is commonly used for specific conversations when you want to send a customized email.
✔️ Reply Directly: Simply reply in your ongoing email thread with the creator to send a new message.
2️⃣ Bulk emails from the Campaign dashboard
This is ideal when you want to send a new email to a group of creators outside the preset campaign steps, using a unique template.
1. Access the Campaign Dashboard
2. Filter Influencers:
Use the status filter to display the influencers you want to reach out to.
3. Select Influencers:
Select all the influencers that were filtered.
4. Compose a New Email:
Click on ✉️ "Send new email" bubble appears above to create a new email thread.
Name your Mailing and draft your message. You can also add merge fields specific to your campaign, such as a workflow link or discount offer.
5. Send the Email:
Once your email is ready, click on "Send email" to start sending it.
