How to use our stream tool

Learn how to collect influencers posts and check their performance in 5 steps

Updated over a week ago

The Stream tool is two great tools in one. You can analyze your campaign results and also view hashtags, keywords, and brand mention from all influencers in our system to analyze potential strategies for an upcoming campaign.

You can set up a Stream in 5 steps

  1. Create a new stream.

  2. Add a list of influencers to monitor or select "All" to collect posts made by all the influencers in our database. When you select a list of influencers, the software will only collect posts from the selected influencers.

  3. Select the platforms that you want to track the publications on. You can select one or multiple. Instagram stories are separate from Instagram, if you want to collect stories, please refer to this article: Stream: How to collect Stories?

  4. Define different keywords, It can be #hashtags, @mentions, or any keywords influencers need to mention.

  5. Click on "Save" and then on "Start recording" to start analyzing the publications (it can take a few hours up to 4 days to gather all the data).

NOTE: If you want to collect posts from different social media platforms make sure to select "any " as Social Media.

If you created your stream before influencers start posting, the stream will keep fetching until a post is published.

Posts can take a few hours up to 4 days to be displayed on the stream. If your post is not collected after 4 days, check this article: Common mistakes while setting up social listening streams

When setting up your stream you can also add the Cost Per Mille and Campaign Expenses, and the software will calculate your campaign Return on Investment based on this input and Upfluence estimates.
