Learn why didn't I see an Influencer's reply in my Upfluence account?

If you are using Outlook or Gmail:

Sometimes, influencer responses may not appear immediately in the Upfluence platform. If you've received a reply in your Gmail or Outlook but don’t see it in Upfluence, it is likely due to temporary delays. These can occur for reasons such as:

  • Rate limitations imposed by Google or Microsoft

  • Syncing delays between your email provider and Upfluence

However, these cases are rare. Upfluence is designed to automatically retrieve missing or delayed emails within a few hours. This ensures that all communications appear in your account accurately. If the response is still missing after some time, please check again later or contact our support team for further assistance.

If you are using Upfluence mailing provider:

If you are using Upfluence’s built-in mailing provider and influencer responses aren’t appearing in your inbox, here are two possible reasons:

✅ Your email Is on a bounce list

  • If your inbox previously failed to receive emails multiple times, your address may have been added to a bounce list, preventing further messages from being delivered.

  • To resolve this, please contact our support team via the live chat, who can check and remove your email from the bounce list if necessary.

✅ Issue with large attachments

  • If a specific email isn’t showing up, the issue might be due to attachment size limitations.

  • Some inboxes block emails containing attachments that exceed the allowed file size. Please review your email provider’s attachment limits to ensure compatibility.

How long does it take for missing responses to appear?

Typically, it takes 3-4 hours for a missing response to sync and display in Upfluence.

After 4 hours, my email is still missing — What should I do?

If your email is still not appearing, we recommend first verifying your email integration to ensure it is properly connected.
