Welcome to Upfluence creator space!

Creating your Upfluence Creator Account increases your chance to be contacted by brands. It also allows you to verify and update your social media links, add a payment method to allow brands to pay you easily, and have direct access to our support team.

The creator space is divided into 5 parts:

  • Social Media

  • Profile

  • Payments

  • Instagram Stories

  • Campaigns

Social Media

When you log into your account the first thing you will see is your Social Medias page. Here you can edit all your social medias.

Profile

On this page, you can add additional information about yourself. This information will be available to brands.

You can add:

Personal information:

  • Media Name: The name you use on social media

  • First Name

  • Last name

  • Country

  • Gender

Contact information:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

Payments

On this page, you have at the top recap of all your payment and under it the detail of all your payments and their status.

You have the following actions available on this page:

  • Claim: Click on it to finalize your payment request and submit your payment info. ( Only for Unclaimed payment)

  • View: The payment request has been claimed and is waiting for payment. When you click on it, you land on the last page of your payment info submission.

Your Payment status and meaning

  • Unclaimed: The Payment request has just been generated by the brand and linked to your account. Click on "view" to submit your payment info.

  • Pending: You submitted all your payment info and documents. Now, wait for the brand to process your payment. For more info about your payment status, please reach out to the brand via email. You can find the email when you click on "view"

  • Paid: Your payment has been finalized. If you didn't receive your payment please reach out to the brand via email. You can find the email when you click on "view".

Campaigns

In this section you'll have the following information available to you

  • Campaign: This is the current campaigns you are currently part of.

  • Coupon code: The discount code that was assigned to you for that specific campaign. You'll be able to copy this and share it with your community. Users need to type the discount code when checking out.

  • Affiliate links: The affiliate link applies automatically the discount offer in the user cart when checking out.

  • Conversion: You are able to track your total sales generated in this section. You can download this and keep track of your performance.

Instagram stories

In this section you can upload your Instagram stories and share your insights.

Billing settings

In this section you will be able to add your billing info and save your prefered payment method.
