The application form is a crucial part of your campaign. It's sent with your invitation email and allows creators to:
Choose their preferred gifting products from your list
Provide their shipping address
Review and respond to your flat payment offer
Sign and upload the contract
Get familiar with your campaign brief
Here’s an example (It’s a fake campaign, and you’re viewing it as an influencer who has already applied!)
Note: The layout of the application form depends on the settings you choose.
Step-by-Step Guide
I. Where to set it up
You can set up your application form in two ways:
Option 1: While creating your campaign
At Step 4 - Application form
Option 2: Editing it after the campaign is created
Go to Campaign Settings -> Application form
II. How to set it up
The application form consists of three main sections: Compensation, Contract (optional), and Brief.
1. Compensation Type Check Box
This section displays the compensation types you offer to influencers, reminding you of what you selected earlier. It provides an overview of what influencers will review and accept in their form:
Flat Payment Campaign: Displays a flat payment banner with the payment offer. Learn more here: How to Set Up Payment Compensation on the Application Form?
Product Campaign: Displays a product selection banner. Learn more here: How to Set Up Product Compensation on the Application Form?
Hybrid Campaign: Shows both the flat payment and product selection banners.
Note: Affiliation and commission can be managed in any campaign type.
2. Contract
You can assign a contract template to your campaign. If this section is enabled, creators MUST sign and upload the contract through the application form to apply.

3. Campaign Brief
The final step is uploading your campaign brief. A clear, attractive brief is crucial as influencers receive many collaboration offers. If you offer products as compensation, include detailed descriptions (photos, colors, etc.) to help influencers choose the best products.

To upload your brief, you have two options:
Option 1: Use our text editor. Influencers will see a direct overview of your brief on their application form.
Option 2: Upload a PDF file. Influencers will be able to download and review your brief on their device.
Note: You can use the brief templates available to help you create your brief. You can update your influencer brief at any time in your campaign settings.
