Step 1: Set up search keywords
Keywords help you find influencers whose content matches your brand's interests.
These can include:
Words, hashtags, or mentions that should appear in their content
Exclusions for words you don’t want associated with your influencers
How to add keywords:
Simply type your keywords in the search bar and press Enter after each entry.
Best practices:
👍 Specific Creator: Prefix it with '@' to display the account with this handle at the top of your search results.
👍 Hashtags: Use the '#' symbol to find creators who have used them in their content during the past 90 days. If you need ideal hashtags, check out this website our team likes!
👍 Search by Relevant Keywords: Use keywords that your ideal creators are likely to use in their content rather than keywords that describe your ideal influencer. Currently, you cannot filter influencers by categories, but this feature is continuously evolving.
Keyword conditions:
"Should": Keywords can be mentioned or not, effectively functioning as "or".
For example:
If you add "coffee" and "tea" as keywords and select "Should" for both, your search results will display influencers that mention "coffee" OR "tea."
“Must”: Keywords must be mentioned.
For example:
If you want to find influencers who drink lattes but are vegan, add the keyword "vegan" and select "Must" for it. Then, add keywords like "coffee" and "latte" set as "should."
“Must Not”: Keywords that should not be mentioned. This is useful for excluding specific keywords or influencers associated with certain activities, brands or trends.
For example:
If you want to avoid influencers who mention "sugar", you can input "sugar" and select "must not" to exclude them from your search results.
Match keywords in specific areas:
You can filter keywords based on where they appear. (e.g., username, instagram handle, Instagram biography, Instagram content, etc).
For example:
If you are looking for family influencers, you can add the keywords "mom" and "dad" and select Instagram bio.
Step 2: Set social media filters
Choose the social media platform where you want to find influencers and define criteria like:
Followers: Minimum and maximum follower count.
Min. Avg Engagement: How engaged the community is with the influencer.
Min. Followers Growth Rate: Based on the last 90 days, you can set a minimum followers, subscribers, or fans growth rate.
Min. Engagement Growth Rate: Based on the last 90 days, you can set a minimum engagement growth rate
Last Activity: The last time the influencer was active.
Filter creators across platforms using AND/OR:
OR: Expands your search to include influencers who meet the criteria on at least one of the selected platforms. (E.g., an influencer may meet engagement criteria on Instagram or TikTok.)
AND: Narrows your search to show influencers who meet the criteria on all selected platforms. (E.g., an influencer must meet engagement criteria on both Instagram and TikTok.)
