How to track sales across multiple e-commerce shops with one global code

Use a single influencer code to monitor conversions across different markets

Updated over a week ago

If you operate more than one e-commerce shop for different markets, for example, a Shopify shop with multiple country-specific stores, you can track sales across all shops using one global influencer code.

Here’s how to set it up.

Step 1: Create a main Campaign for influencer outreach

  1. Set up a Campaign to manage communication with your influencers.

  2. Create a Tracking plan and select the primary shop (e.g., your US store) as the provider.

This campaign will be your main hub for outreach and communication with influencers.

Step 2: Duplicate the main Campaign for other shops

  1. Duplicate your main Campaign for each additional shop (e.g., EU store).

  2. In the duplicated campaign, create a new tracking plan and select the corresponding shop (e.g., EU store)

  3. Set the code pattern exactly the same as in your main campaign.

Example: If your US tracking plan uses {{username}}10OFF, use the same code pattern in the EU tracking plan.

  4. Once new tracking plan is added to the Campaign, select: 'When creators are added to my campaign'.

  5. Click Update Campaign to save changes

  6. Add the same influencers to this duplicated Campaign

Step 3: Track conversions by market

  1. EU conversions will be tracked in the EU campaign

  2. US conversions will be tracked in the US campaign

Each campaign tracks performance separately based on the shop it’s linked to. This setup gives you clear insights into how each market is performing.

Best practices

  • Centralize communication in your main campaign, no need to duplicate outreach

  • Share one global code per influencer across all markets

  • Use separate tracking plans for each shop to ensure accurate conversion data

  • In the Report app, filter by Tracking plan or Store to track performance across regions
