The performance table provides an efficient way to track your creators’ performance through coupon code/affiliate link conversions.
Where can I see sales generated by creators?
You can view creator sales details in two ways:
Performance tab: Access sales for a specific campaign in the Orders table of the Performance tab.
Download all sales: Export sales data across all campaigns via the home page.
1. Performance tab:
In the Performance - Orders table, all sales associated with a campaign are displayed in one place.
Each sale includes a live status:
Paid, Canceled, or Refunded
These statuses update in real time, helping you track the progress of each order.
Export sales details by selecting the records you want and clicking "Export".
Managing conversions
Rejecting a conversion
Go to the Performance tab.
Find the "Conversion Approval" column.
Click "Reject" next to the conversion you want to exclude.
The status changes to "Rejected", and the total commission for the creator updates accordingly.
Re-approving a conversion
Go to the Performance Table.
Click the "Undo" button next to a rejected conversion.
The status changes to "Approved", and the creator’s total commission reflects the updated amount.
Note: By default, tracked paid conversions are listed as "Approved."
2. Download all sales
Use the "Download" button next to the Total Sales Generated metric.
This exports a report of all sales from the integrated e-commerce store, filtered by the selected time range.
The file includes a "Campaign Name" column to identify the source of each sale.
Frequently asked questions
1. Can I see the sales generated by those influencers who's deleted from my campaign in the performance tab?
No, in the campaign performance tab, you can only see the sales generated by influencers who are currently in your campaign. Sales data from influencers who have been deleted from your campaign will not be visible in the performance tab.
2. Why don't the sales visible in the Community App match the total sales on the workflow home dashboard?
The total sales generated displayed on the main dashboard include sales made by all influencers, encompassing those who have been deleted from your Community.
This is why the sales figures in the Community App and the workflow home dashboard may not match.
