Upfluence allows all creators to download their sales performance reports, giving you insights into:

🚨 Important:
You must have a Creator account to access this feature.
The brand you work with must activate this feature for the campaign. If you can’t download the report, contact the brand for more details.
How to download your conversion report
Log in to your Creator Space and go to the "Campaigns" tab.
Find the campaign you want to track.
Click the "Download" button on the far right of the campaign line.
our sales report will now be downloaded, giving you full access to your performance data.

Why can’t I download my sales performance report?
You must have a Creator account to access the page.
If the download button is greyed out, the brand has not activated this feature for the campaign. Contact the brand directly for assistance.
Why don’t I see my campaign in the list?
If your campaign is missing, it’s not linked to your Creator account.

Open the campaign link sent by the brand via email while logged into your Creator Space. Once accessed, the campaign will be added to your list.
