How to view and verify your tracking plan details

Check your shop connection, code format, and tracking settings before you launch

Updated this week

After you create a tracking plan, it’s worth taking a minute to review the key settings, like your integrated shop, discount value, code format, UTM parameters, and usage limits, so you know everything is configured the way you expect before outreach begins.

Why check your tracking plan?

Verifying your tracking plan helps you confirm:

  • Which shop/provider the plan is connected to

  • Your discount value

  • Your discount code format (pattern)

  • Link destination and UTM parameters

  • Track affiliate link clicks settings

  • Usage limits and validation dates

Where to view tracking plan details

You can check your tracking plan in two places:

Option 1: From your Campaign settings

  1. Go to Campaign > Settings

  2. Scroll to the Track orders & sales performance section

  3. Toggle it on if it’s not already active

From here:

  • If a tracking plan is already linked: Click the eye icon next to the plan to view its details

  • If no plan is linked yet: Click Select existing tracking plan, search or scroll to find your plan, and click the eye icon to preview it

Important:
Avoid linking the same tracking plan to multiple campaigns. If the same influencer is in more than one campaign, their sales will appear in all of them, risking double payments.

Also important: Once outreach begins, you can’t change the tracking plan. If you need changes before sales start recording, contact support via live chat.

Option 2: From Community table view

  1. Go to the Community app

  2. Select one or more influencers

  3. Click "% Affiliates" in the action bar at the top, then choose "Select an existing tracking plan"

  4. Find the plan and click the eye icon to view details.

Note: Amazon tracking plans cannot be viewed from the Community app. To check their details, use Campaign settings instead.
