How to use the Sales Reporting dashboard

The Sales Reporting dashboard brings all your affiliate sales data into one powerful view, helping you monitor performance, analyze trends, and make smarter marketing decisions.

Dashboard layout overview

The Sales Reporting dashboard is structured as follows:

  1. Filtering controls: Filter which sales data appears across all sections

  2. Key metrics cards: Quick overview of your most important sales figures

  3. Performance chart: Visual representation of your sales trends over time

  4. Sales breakdown table: Detailed view of individual affiliate orders

Section 1: Filtering controls

Use the filtering controls at the top of your dashboard to customize what data appears across all sections below.

Available filters:

  • Date range: Choose from preset periods (This week, Last week, This month, etc.) or set custom date ranges

    • Moving date ranges: Automatically updating periods

      • Yesterday

      • This Week (Monday to today)

      • Last Week (previous Monday to Sunday)

      • This Month (1st of current month to today)

      • Last Month (complete previous month)

      • This Year (January 1st to today)

      • Last Year (complete previous year)

      • Year to date, Past 6 months, Past 12 months

      • All time (since you started using Upfluence)

    • Fixed date ranges: Custom start and end dates

    All timestamps are based on UTC+0

  • Additional filters: Click "Filter" to add specific criteria for:

    • Order metrics: Sales value, number of items,

      • Amazon metrics: Clicks, product page views, add to cart, purchases, brand referral bonus

    • Stores

    • Tracking plans

    • Creators

Your filter selections are saved per user, so your dashboard will show the same view when you return.

Section 2: Key metrics cards

The key figures section displays your most important metrics as cards across the top:

Available metrics:

  • Sales: Total revenue generated

  • Number of orders: Total transactions completed

  • Number of items: Total products sold

  • Amazon brand referral bonus

  • Clicks: Traffic driven to your store

Each card shows:

  • The total value for your selected date range

  • A small trend line showing performance over time

  • An edit icon to customize which metric is displayed

To edit key figures:

  1. Hover over any card and click the edit icon

  2. Select which metric you want to display in that position

  3. Click Save. The card will update to show your chosen metric

Section 3: Performance chart

This is your main visualization area, showing a detailed chart of your selected metric over time.

Click the edit button to fully customize this chart:

  • Metrics: Choose what data to display

    • Sales value

    • Number of orders

    • Number of items

    • Amazon brand referral bonus

    • Clicks

  • Breakdowns: Group your data by different dimensions

    • Creator: Performance by individual influencer

    • Tracking plan: Results by discount type

    • Store: Performance across sales channels

    • None: View aggregate data without groupings

  • Chart types: Select how to visualize your data

    • Line chart: Trends over time

    • Column chart: Comparisons

    • Pie chart: Proportion breakdowns

    • Bar chart: Rankings

Note: Available chart types may vary depending on your selected breakdown. The top 6 values (by total orders) are displayed for breakdown views.

Click Save to apply changes

Section 4: Sales breakdown table

The bottom section provides a detailed breakdown of individual affiliate performance in a sortable table format.

Table Columns:

  1. Profile name: Individual creator name

  2. Sales Value: Order value by each order, tax and delivery fees are not included

  3. Number of Items: Products sold by each affiliate

  4. Store: Which store/platform generated the sales

  5. Tracking Plan: Which tracking plan was used

  6. Order number: order ID correspond to your shop

  7. Clicks (Amazon only): total clicks generated on the affiliate link

  8. Product detail page views(Amazon only): number of brand's product detail page views

  9. Add to cart(Amazon only): number of time a brand's product being added to a customer's cart

  10. Purchases(Amazon only): the number of time any number of brand's products are included in a single purchase event.

  11. Brand referral bonus(Amazon only): The Brand Referral Bonus amount is an estimate and is available only for United States marketplaces. There is a 2–3 day delay for the BRB metric compared to other metrics.

This table shows all sales generated by influencers that match your applied filters. Only completed sales are included (refunded and canceled orders are excluded).
