Why track both clicks and sales?
Tracking traffic shows how many people influencers are sending to your store, but conversions tell you who’s actually buying. Combining both gives you a clearer view of each influencer’s performance.
1. If you're using Shopify
You can track both clicks and sales directly in your Tracking plan:
While creating a Tracking plan, toggle on Track affiliate link clicks.
This shortens the affiliate link and enables click tracking alongside sales tracking.

2. If you're using Upfluence AST (Agnostic Sales Tracking)
No additional setup is needed.
All AST links created after October 30, 2025 track clicks by default.
3. If you're using Amazon
Amazon affiliate links automatically track clicks, no setup required.
4. Where to find click tracking data
You can monitor affiliate link activity directly in your Campaign or Community view.
