If you no longer have access to your two-step authentication (2FA) device (e.g., your mobile phone) or your backup code, there are several ways to regain access to your Upfluence account.
If you still have your backup code
Sign in with your email address and password.
Click "Use your recovery codes to sign in instead" when prompted for your 2FA code.
Click "Use your backup code" to log in.
💡 Your backup code was provided when you first set up two-step authentication or if you previously generated a new one.
If you do NOT have your backup code or your 2FA device
If you are the only administrator
You can regain access by scheduling an account recovery meeting with Upfluence’s support team, simply reach out to our support team via the Live Chat.
For security reasons, you will need to:
Turn on your camera during the call
Provide detailed account information OR
Show a government-issued ID to confirm your identity
Once verified, you will be able to log in using your password and reset your 2FA settings.
If you are NOT the only administrator
An account owner or administrator can disable your two-factor authentication from Upfluence’s User Management page:
Log in to the administrator account.
Go to Account Settings > User Management.
Find the user who needs 2FA disabled.
Click Settings > Disable two-factor authentication.
Click "Disable 2FA" to confirm.
A confirmation pop-up will appear in the top-right corner.
The user can now log in without 2FA.
💡 We strongly recommend resetting 2FA after regaining access and securely storing your backup code.
