As your campaign progresses, you may need to adjust certain settings to optimize your workflow. This guide outlines which settings can be modified and which are locked after creation.

πŸ’‘ Most edits apply only to newly added influencers or actions that haven’t been completed yet (e.g., updating a template affects future emails, but not those already sent).

Type 1: Campaign information

βœ… Editable settings

  • Campaign name

  • Campaign owner

  • Logo

  • Track orders & sales performance – Turn on anytime to provide affiliate links and discount codes. However, you can only turn it off before any conversions have been made.

  • Creators' conversions visibility – Choose to share affiliation results with influencers at any time.

  • Track clicks & views – Add/modify tracking links to track traffic to specific products/collections. Changes apply to all influencers.

❌ Locked settings

  • Compensation type (Paid Promotion or Product Gifting) – This cannot be changed after campaign creation.

    πŸ’‘ Workaround: If you selected β€œProduct Gifting,” you can still pay influencers using Extra Payments, but they won’t see a flat payment in their application link.

  • Tracking plan – You cannot change from one plan to another (e.g., from Summer30off to Autumn20off).

Type 2: Compensation & Product settings

βœ… Editable settings

  • Product list – Can be modified at any time.

    πŸ’‘ Exception: If an order has already been placed for a product, that product cannot be deleted.

  • Product selection limits – Modify limits on quantity or total value anytime.

    πŸ’‘ Exception: Influencers who have already selected products cannot re-select unless adjusted manually in Dashboard > Product Gifting column.

  • Show product prices to creators – Can be turned on anytime unless the "Limit the total value" setting is enabled.

  • Default payment values – Adjustable, but previously assigned payments must be manually updated if switching from selected to unselected.

  • Billing settings (Payment methods, country, terms, email, billing documents) – Changes only apply to newly created payment links.

❌ Locked settings

  • E-commerce store selection – Once an order is placed, the selected store cannot be modified.

  • Switching from store import to manual import – Once one product is selected, the store cannot be changed.

Type 3: Application form

βœ… Editable settings

  • Compensation – Change the amount or products offered.

    πŸ’‘ Exception: If an influencer has already selected a product, it cannot be removed.

  • Contract – Can be enabled/disabled at any time.

  • Contract file – Can be modified, but creators who applied before the contract was added will not be asked to sign it.

  • Brief – Can be edited anytime.

    πŸ’‘ Influencers who revisit their application link will see the updated brief.

Type 4: Email settings

  • Sender’s email address – Can be modified ONLY IF no emails have been sent yet. Otherwise, you must start a new email thread.

  • Signature – Can be updated anytime in Settings > General Information > Mailing Signature.

Type 5: Publication Instructions

  • Publication instructions – Can be edited anytime, even for influencers who have already received them.
