  2. Choose either:

  3. Decide when Upfluence should create codes and links:

    • When I approve creators’ application

    • When creators are added to my campaign

⚠️ Important:
We don’t recommend linking the same tracking plan to multiple Campaigns. If a creator is in more than one Campaign, sales may appear in all of them, risking double payouts.

4.3 Payout rate

  1. Choose whether your commission is:

    • A fixed amount per sale

    • A percentage of each sale

  2. Adjust currency or percentage in the selection bubbles

4.4 Product gifting

Click + Add product(s) to include gifting options for creators. Then choose how you want to add products:

Option 1: Import from store

You can limit how creators choose products:

  1. Limit how many products a creator can select

  2. Cap the total value they can choose

  3. Limit creators to one of each product/variant

  4. Choose whether to show product prices to creators

Tip: Certain limits depend on earlier settings, so follow prompts as they appear.

4.6 Billing details

(Optional, can be skipped and set up later.)

Fill in your billing info:

    • This depends on your billing country and payment method:

      • W‑9 form: Required if your company is based in the U.S. and you're paying a U.S. influencer

      • W‑8 form: Required if your company is based in the U.S. and you're paying a non U.S. influencer

💡 If you're using Upfluence Pay, these forms are not required. Upfluence Pay handles tax collection and reporting automatically. Check How Upfluence Pay handles US tax reporting (automated & hassle-free)

  • Invoice:

    • Provide the necessary details for influencers to invoice you. This will be displayed on the Influencer payment request page.

(Optional, can be skipped and set up later.)

You can use:

  • PDF upload: Creators can download and read it

You can update the brief anytime in Campaign settings.

Note: You can use the brief templates available to help you create your brief.

5.2 Contract (optional)

(Optional, can be skipped and set up later.)

If your campaign includes a contract:

Note: The contract you upload here is a generic contract for all creators in the campaign. All creators will receive the same contract template to sign and submit.

If you need to send different contracts to individual creators, we recommend sending them as an attachment through a 1:1 email.

5.3 Click & UTM tracking

🚨Important: This tracking measures clicks only (different from sales tracking links):

6. Email settings

6.1 Automatic follow‑up emails

(Cannot be changed after creation.)

Automatic follow-up emails help boost your response rate by keeping your campaign top of mind. A simple reminder can make all the difference in getting replies from creators.
