What are Export Limits?
Any time you see a download button on the software, it means you can export the data.
This button is available on all features: you can export in csv, xcel or pdf formats data from your campaigns, streams, IRM, live capture campaigns...
There are not limit to these exports except for "All" types of influencer exports. These exports include audience data, the influencer' email address and other contact information.
You can Basic Export unlimited amount of times. Advance/ All Exports are limited.
These limits are determined by your software subscription allowing you to export influencers based on your community size, EG with a 500 community size you will be able to export all data for 500 influencers per month
When will my export limits reset?
Export Limits are reset from the moment you use them. For example if you export 500/500 influencers today it will reset in 30 days.
Where can I find the total exports I have done this month?
You can find this information in your "account settings" under "Billing and Usage"
