What are export limits?
Anytime you see a download button in Upfluence, you can export data. This applies to features like Campaigns, Streams, Community, and Payments.
There are no limits on standard exports, except for "Full export" influencer profile exports.
Types of influencer profile exports
Standard export – Includes creator ID, names, and tags. Ideal for re-importing data.
Full export – Includes social data, audience insights, contact details, and custom fields.
📌 Full exports have a monthly limit based on your Community plan.
For example:
If your Community size is 5000, you can export 5000 full influencer profiles per month.
Unused export limits do not carry over to the next month.

When do my export limits reset?
Export limits reset on the 1st of each month, regardless of when they were last used.
Example: If you export 500/500 influencers on the 15th, your limit will reset on the 1st of the following month.
Where can I check my export usage?
You can see your total exports for the month on the page where you choose your export type.
