How to undo/reset payment statuses

Learn how to use the "undo" action for payment requests

Cancelling or paying payment requests should not be an irreversible action. If you are familiar with Word, Excel or any text processing tool, the "Undo" action allows you to revert to the previous status. That's exactly what we offer!

Starting today, you can "Undo" all actions related to payment:

  • Cancel

  • Mark as paid

When you click on the "Undo" (Mark as unclaimed) button, it moves back the payment request to its previous status. For example, a "Ready to pay" payment request that has been marked as paid will revert to its "Ready to pay" status.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- The "Undo" action won't be available for paid PayPal payment requests to avoid paying influencers multiple times.
- Clients that have the β€œManaged billing” feature are not able to undo payment request to avoid any issue with our finance team.
