If you’ve added an influencer and their engaged audience data is still processing, here’s why it might be taking longer than expected.
Instagram audience analysis
For Instagram, Upfluence’s in-house algorithm analyzes an influencer’s engaged audience by examining their last 9 posts. The system continues analyzing until enough reliable demographic data is gathered.
However, some influencers take longer to process due to:
Not enough posts: The influencer must have at least 100 posts in the last 6 months for a full analysis.
Not enough comments: If followers don’t engage (commenting, liking, etc.), it’s harder to determine demographic data.
Limited follower data: Our AI extracts demographics from followers’ public profiles. If there’s not enough data, the system cannot generate audience insights.
TikTok audience analysis
For TikTok, Upfluence retrieves audience data from a third-party provider.
If data is available, it will display automatically.
If data isn’t visible, click the refresh button to check for updates.
If audience data is still missing, it means we don’t currently have it, but it may become available later.
What can you do?
Wait a little longer: The system may need more time to process engagement.
Try refreshing TikTok profiles: Click the refresh button to see if new data is available.
Contact support: If audience data is still missing after several days, reach out to our support team via Live Chat for a deep check on the creator’s profile.
