After 7 days, the audience data is still processing, why?
You added an influencer, and we are still processing the engaged audience (followers that comment on posts)?
For Instagram, the engaged audience is analyzed by our in-house algorithm. The algorithm creates an engaged audience sample based on the last 9 posts and keeps analyzing the engaged audience until enough reliable data is gathered.
Some influencers are more difficult to analyze because their followers do not provide us with enough data to determine an accurate demographic audience.
For TikTok, we use a third-party provider to retrieve the audience. If we already have the data, we'll display it. For some profiles, it's possible that we don't have the data displayed yet. Use the refresh button to check if we have any audience data. If not, it means we don't have it, but we could have it in the future.
TIPS: When influencers don't have an audience data displayed after a few days, it's usually because their profile data is not reliable and it would be best to reach out to influencers with an already known audience.
