With Instagram providing creators an option to hide their post 'likes'. Upfluence has updated the platform to address how this new change affects post metrics and make sure users can easily identify content with hidden likes.
Influencer content
A dedicated icon will appear next to the creator content for creators who have enabled the hidden likes feature on Instagram. Throughout the creator's profile where the hidden Likes feature impacts metrics – including their engagement rate, estimated reach, estimated impressions, likes per post, etc.
Search results
As for the influencer profile, you can easily know if an influencer has hidden their likes on Instagram looking if the dedicated hidden likes icon is available on the content. This way, you can easily identify influencers who have decided to hide their likes directly in the search results.
Stream results
The hidden Likes icon will also appear in the Stream tool.
NOTE: If the likes are hidden in a partnership, we suggest you contact the influencer to display the likes. If the likes are not displayed despite the modification made by the influencer, you can import the content to update it.
