Upfluence Payments Tool allows you to keep track of influencers' payments. On the Payment Dashboard, you can see at a glance, which influencer requested payment for which campaign, the amount of the invoice, when documents were submitted, etc...
How does it work?
1️⃣ Send the payment link to influencers
First of all, you need to create a Campaign. The last email you send to influencers is the payment email, which includes the merge field {{fixed_payment_link}} . If you created an "extra payment" an email will be directly sent to the influencer with a link for them to claim their payment. The payment link is essential for you to be able to collect invoices, payment information, and tax documents.

NOTE: The invoice or payment link can only be used by influencers or agencies. It is important that only the people whom the payment was intended open the link to avoid it from being locked out from the influencer or agency.
2️⃣ Download documents related to influencers' payments
Once influencers complete the payment form and upload their documents, you can download them directly in the Payment Tool.
1. Click on "$ Pay" in the "Action" column to view the influencer payment panel.
2. Click on Tax document or Invoice to download the documents
3️⃣ Track influencers' payments
After you paid the influencer, you can click on "Mark as Paid" or Click on "Pay with PayPal" to process the payment.
