How does the payment page work?
Click on the payment link sent to you by the brand. Log in to your creator space or you can sign in. When you log in or sign in using the payment link it assigns the payment to you, so no one else can access it.

NOTE: It's important to use the payment link sent by the brand.
Upload your invoice, billing information, edit your billing info.
After logging in or setting up your account, you'll be able to upload your invoice, tax documents, and modify your billing information.
NOTE: Not spotting this page indicates that you haven't utilized the link provided by the brand to either process a payment request or verify the status of one.
Edit Billing Info
Under the "Billing" tab in your "Settings," you have the ability to adjust your billing details and payment method. This section allows you to make changes to your billing information and preferred payment method. Make sure to "Save"
NOTE:
Here's all the information influencers will have to provide:
Billing information: name, address, phone number, etc...
Invoice
W-8 or W-9 form ( if you are paid by a US company)

I can't find my payment request on the Payment table, what should I do?
If you do not find one of your payment requests, you can still access it using the link you received via email. By clicking on this link you will be redirected to the payment request and you should be able to find the payment request in your creator space.
I have claimed my payment but I still have issues, what should I do?
Please note that the payment processing may take several days, and Upfluence is not responsible for your payment if it is managed by the brand.
You can obtain this information and find the appropriate contact by following these steps :
From your creator's space, payment page, after claiming your payment, click on the "View" button.
Clicking this button will provide you with an estimate of expected payment processing duration.
If you encounter ongoing issues beyond this period, you will find the contact email of the person to reach out to. Kindly send your request to the email address provided on your payment request.

I don't want to add social media account, what should I do?
If you don't want to connect your social media accounts, you can just click on "Skip for now".
I created my account and when I log back in I don't have the "skip for now button". How should I process payment now?
If when you log back into your account, you land on the following page ( see screenshot), it means that you didn't use the payment link sent by the brand to log back in.
To claim a payment request or check the status of a payment request, use the link sent by the brand.
When I log in to my account using the payment link, the page keeps loading, what should I do?
Clear your cookies and log back in using the payment link sent by the brand.
I'm a Talent Agency, can I claim a payment instead of an influencer?
If you are an Agency, you create an account using the email address of your choice and click on "Skip for now".
