Campaign Type: Product Gifting

An overview of product gifting campaigns and their setup.

Choosing "Product Gifting" campaign means you want to send products to influencers for them to review on social media. You may offer them sales commissions based on performance, but no flat payment is included in your initial communication with them.

When you choose "Product Gifting", the settings and stages are tailored for this type of campaign. You'll need to add products that influencers can choose from, set a maximum number of products they can select, and edit four basic email templates for each step of the campaign.

You can further customize each step by creating your own follow-up emails:

1️⃣ Invitation and Follow-ups: Invite influencers to join your campaign and encourage them to respond or apply via the application form.

2️⃣ Shipment and Follow-ups: Inform influencers that their gift has been shipped.

3️⃣ Drafting and Follow-ups: Encourage influencers to post or collect drafts for review and feedback.

4️⃣ Publication and Follow-ups: Notify influencers that their content is approved and provide instructions for publication.


Step-by-Step Guide

I. Set up the basic information about your campaign

After choosing your campaign type - Product Gifting, follow guide How to create a campaign to fill in the general details and create your campaign.

II. Add products as compensation

At campaign settings page, compensation tab, click the "Add Products" button to open a window where you can add your chosen products.

You can add products in two ways: manually or by importing from your store (available for Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento/BigCommerce users). We invite you to read the following article to learn more about How to compensate influencers with products.

Once you've added all your product don't forget to limit the total number of products influencers can select.

⚠️ If you don't limit the total number of products, influencers will be able to select each of the products you added.

III. For your influencers:

On creators's side, when opening the application form sent with your invitation email, they will see their own page as shown below:
